Join Sifu Valerie on Thursday mornings at Bracebridge United Church for a fantastic workout for mind body and spirit. Physically distanced. When the weather gets warmer we will be moving to outdoor classes.
Advanced students can also study Tai Chi sword, sabre, fan & staff. 10- 10:30 a.m.
