 Friday, Nov. 8th

4:00 Arrival

  4:30 p.m. Meet & Greet, Meditation

5:00 p.m.  Preparing evening meal

5:30 p.m. Supper

7:00 p.m.  – 8:30 p.m.

Overview:  Breath, Posture  & Focus.

Chi Kung & meridian cleanse for relaxation

before a good nights sleep.

Saturday, Nov.9th  


7:30 a.m.  Morning meditation,

Micro & macro cosmic circuit

Spiritual nourishment+ informal discussion

8 a.m. Breakfast

9 :15  – 1o:15 a.m.  Morning workout ~ Warmups & specific energy exercises to balance Yin & Yang, strengthen bones, muscles & organs. 

Energetic stretching.

Accumulate & circulate  life force energy to heal & empower.

10: 30 – 11:30 – Tai Chi principles & partner exercises to expand awareness.


Noon – Lunch

Free time ~  Nature walk, read,  (time to reflect).

1:30 p.m. Learn about the Metal Element, Autumn’s Yin energy and how to balance with it to optimize health & well being.

Will be especially beneficial for anyone going through

worry & grief.  Chi Kung  exercises to accumulate, circulate   and transmit Chi.

3 p.m. Time for creative expression and reflect.

4:30  p.m. R & R.

5:3o p.m. Dinner

7 – 8:30 p.m. Group circle for fun & recreation.

Sunday, Nov.10th

7:30 a.m.  Morning meditation/ spiritual nourishment.

8.a.m. Breakfast

9 :15 – 11:30 a.m. –  Organ Chi Kung, with movement, sound & colour.

Break ~ Group Chi Kung & partner exercises.


noon a.m. ~ Lunch ~ Followed by Summary, handouts, hugs & guest departure.
