Throughout history great Martial Artists have strived to find the elusive quality of perfection in the combat arts. Life or death was decided on the edge of a blade or at the well-trained hands and feet of the warrior. Miyamoto Musashi called it his strategy. Bruce Lee called it being like water. I refer to this martial spirit as The Golden Path. Many have sought spiritual enlightenment through the Martial Arts.
